Maintain the organizational inbound lead and outbound prospecting strategy to consistently and predictably achieve organization targets
Prospecting for the lead and identifying the requirement
Doing notable work on the market research and finding out requirements as per geographical standards
Work with Sales and Marketing to implement and optimize sales processes and reporting, including optimization of Salesforce reports and dashboards
Sustain team performance by continuously developing all team members and maintaining an elevated level of motivation amongst the team
Educates potential customers by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Selling in armouring industry is preferred but not mandatory
Strong organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Preferred)
2-3 years of experience in managing a lead/business development role
Strong working knowledge of inbound and outbound prospecting methodologies for IT security, services, solutions or SaaS company
