role is responsible for supporting the marketing team across small to large sized proposal efforts and production; collateral efforts; resume and project description development, presentations, and interviews.
Collaborate and support marketing team members and staff to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Support development of marketing materials as needed to enhance business development efforts.
Maintain resources, including resumes, case studies, and marketing drive organization.
Participate in pursuit strategy and planning.
Craft compelling messaging and talking points to effectively communicate with the organization's brand and key initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma required.
1-3 years of experience?in a similar job function.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the requirements listed.
Preferred Education & Experience
Associate's degree preferred.
Proficiency in information coordination and layout.
Proficiency in written communication, storytelling, and grammar/punctuation.
Experience with creative platforms such as Adobe Suite, MS Suite, and CRM.
