Support the Head of Marketing in executing and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and digital advertising.
Coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Assist in content creation for various channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to inform future marketing strategies.
Coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences, including vendor communication, logistics, and promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness. These social media accounts include and are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps.
Maintain and organize the marketing department's digital assets and resources, including images, templates, and project files.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Help manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and design, to align marketing materials and strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with the company international departments to align marketing materials and strategies with business objectives.
Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices, providing insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team and assist on tasks whenever necessary.
Manage and organize the company policy documents regarding customer service and after-sales procedures, and provide after sales support whenever neccesary.
