Job Description

We're looking for a

creative and proactive Marketing & Content Manager

to lead our brand presence, manage campaigns, and bring new ideas to life -- both online and offline.

This is a hybrid and flexible role that combines

social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy

. You'll plan and execute campaigns, shoot Reels, coordinate collaborations, and manage both digital and traditional marketing activities for the brand.

We're looking for someone with a

creative mindset and strong marketing instinct

-- a person who enjoys storytelling, loves good design, and has a genuine interest in health, wellness, and food.

Key Responsibilities

Lead No Dough Bakery's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Plan, produce, and edit engaging video and photo content (Reels, behind-the-scenes, tutorials, UGC). Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for campaigns, launches, and key moments. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (email, collaborations, events, influencer seeding, and pop-ups). Ensure brand consistency across packaging, website, and promotional materials. Coordinate with partners, designers, and vendors for marketing activations and events. Track and report campaign and content performance. Stay ahead of social and wellness trends to bring new ideas to the brand.

Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply). Skilled in

video production & editing

and

Canva

(Adobe Suite is a plus). Strong understanding of digital platforms, storytelling, and brand voice. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in food, wellness, and healthy living. Must be

based in Dubai

and able to travel for shoots, events, and collaborations.
