We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist who can shape and protect the brand's voice across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate understands Qatar's culture, communicates with clarity, and enjoys transforming strategy into powerful, impactful content
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain Tamanna's brand voice across all communication platforms.
Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, website, app, PR, and merchant communications.
Develop communication-led social media strategies and prepare briefs for production teams.
Write scripts, guidelines, and messaging for customer care and merchant training.
Produce learning materials, how-to guides, onboarding content, and for users and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver consistent, high-quality communication.
Review and ensure clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment across all company content.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
Preferably a graduate from a reputable university in Qatar with strong cultural understanding.
Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or content creation.
Agency experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent English writing skills; Arabic proficiency is a major plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in tone, formats, and content types.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and brand messaging to diverse audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, multi-stakeholder environment.
