ABOUT THE FUNCTION
To lead all Marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit of Emaar Hospitality Group, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Marketing, Digital, Public Relations and Social Media strategy and its associated activations in accordance with company and brand specific guidelines, processes and policies, with the aim to maximize share of voice, performance across all IBU Marketing metrics, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and IBU awareness.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 5 years of progressive offline and online marketing campaign and PR management experience.
Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven record managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
Expertise in project management and a strong eye for detail and creative design.
Minimum qualification required diploma/bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing.
