Dubai, UAE - Oil & Gas Sector
Our client, a well-established organisation within the oil & gas industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across regional markets. This role is ideal for a junior marketer (1-2 years' experience) who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure across multiple marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support research and evaluation of new commercial products, services, and market opportunities
Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and pricing insights to inform strategy
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, marketing collateral, brochures, catalogues, and corporate profile
Coordinate company registrations, vendor approvals, and submissions to government and corporate entities
Plan, schedule, and execute social media activity, ensuring timely content and engagement
Liaise with advertising agencies, exhibition organisers, and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact and budget efficiency
Support segmentation, market penetration, and campaign planning for priority products and services
Track marketing metrics, quotation hit-rates, and monthly performance reports to identify improvement areas
Assist with corporate communications, including press releases, videos, branding assets, and internal documentation
Prepare yearly promotional merchandise, giveaways, and event-related marketing materials
Analyse sales data including customer type, consultant involvement, and project cycle time
Skills & Experience
1-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong research, analytical, and organisational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design, CRM, or CMS tools an advantage
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Interest in B2B, industrial, engineering, or oil & gas sectors
