Job Description

As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be a vital player in driving the success of our health advisory mobile application that is dedicated to providing women with professional care and community engagement through fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood. Your expertise in marketing and business development and organizational and communication skills will be instrumental in driving adoption and customer retention. A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively will be the perfect fit for this role. Reporting directly to CEO Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to increase awareness of the app
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage and retain customers
Analyze market trends and customer data to inform outreach strategies
Drive growth and improve the customer experience
Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with CEO about marketing & PR programs, strategies, and budgets

Preferred skills and qualification

3+ years\' of proven experience in marketing, sales, business development
strong communication and interpersonal skills
excellent organizational and project management skills
previous experience working with tech Startup is an advantage
Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategies
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies
Fluent in English
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
