Job Information:
In the role of Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, testing and optimizing our communication to existing customers at all stages of the customer journey. Specifically, your everyday life will consist of:
- Set up automated user journeys to ensure that the customer is always met by relevant messages
- Develop and execute engagement and retention campaigns
- Identify relevant target groups based on customer behavior, purchase history, geography, etc.
- Follow performance and adjust flows and campaigns with a view to optimization
- Report on performance and make recommendations to the business
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for new initiatives within automation
- Be the functional expert on our Marketing Automation system
Job Experience:
- Has a curious and solution-oriented mindset and makes things happen
- Takes independent responsibility for tasks and is proactive
- Have an analytical approach to your work and maintain a chrome-plated overview
- Works structured and thorough and follows your projects to the door
- Interested in understanding 3\xe2\x80\x99s customers and products
