Company: Baybee (Toy Industry) Job Title / Designation : Retail Sales Associate Number of positions : 01 Job Location: Area of operation: UAE Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for General Trade business for UAE. - Ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accounts - Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends - To follow up with team with regards to dispatch - Reach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segment - Regular meetings with smaller clients - Management of CRM activities - Forecast, plan and prepare orders - Secure full distribution of company categories and items in all accounts in line with potential and brand strategies - Responsible for channel sales forecasts - Forecast, sell and sustain volumes across account portfolio to deliver sales objectives - Increasing sales revenues - Performance Management of direct reports - Work closely with the regional team on sharing best practices and leveraging the category insights to locally implement. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience - Previous experience in toys or baby product industry would be given very high preference - Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills - Negotiation Skills Note: Please note that this opening is for Toys Industries Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Speak with the employer
