Job Description
We Are Hiring - Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai
Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create and manage content for social media, email, and website
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities
Track and analyze marketing metrics to improve campaign performance
Provide admin support to the admin, sales, and marketing departments
Create and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals
Assist with photo and video shooting, editing, and content creation
Support in managing social media platforms: Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge/experience with Property Finder & Bayut (preferred)
Basic marketing or real estate experience is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Good communication skills
