We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative

Marketing Assistant

to support the Dubai launch of our UK based wellness cafe, Tease. This person will work closely with the founder to help execute collaborations, scout events, manage communications, and assist with logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a flair for visual storytelling, and is excited by the wellness lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collaborations:

Identify and reach out to potential local influencers, wellness brands, and lifestyle partners for collaboration. Assist in creating collaboration proposals and tracking responses.

Event Scouting & Coordination:

Research local wellness, food, and lifestyle events that align with Tease's brand values. Help plan, prepare, and occasionally attend events/pop-ups.

Admin & Communication:

Help manage and respond to brand emails in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and organise communication spreadsheets and contact lists.

Packaging & Logistics Support:

Assist in placing and tracking packaging orders. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.

Graphic Design Support:

Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to design brand assets.
Who You Are:

Passionate about wellness, self-care, and conscious living. Based in or familiar with the Dubai market (or willing to relocate). A great communicator - both written and verbal. Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Experience in graphic design (bonus if you can share a portfolio or examples). Self-starter with a "can do" attitude who enjoys wearing many hats.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience working with a lifestyle, cafe, or wellness brand. Social media content creation skills (Reels, Stories, TikToks). Existing network in the Dubai wellness or food scene.
