Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing promotional activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining brand presence in the Oil & Gas industry. This role involves assisting in market research, preparing marketing materials, managing digital and offline campaigns, and supporting business development efforts.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company products and services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Support the marketing team in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events. Manage and update company social media accounts and website content. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Assist in maintaining client databases and handling inquiries related to marketing. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Oil & Gas market trends is an advantage. Manage CRM administration & updates Design sales proposals & presentations

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
