We're seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team as a Tele Marketing and Digital Marketing representative, working from the comfort of your own home!

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Assistant with 2+ years of experience in tele marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our services

- Building relationships with existing clients and partners

- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads

- Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns through:

- Email marketing

- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Creating engaging content for social media platforms

- Monitoring and reporting on social media performance

- Meeting sales targets and converting leads into projects

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in tele marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of success in tele marketing and digital marketing

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

- Own visa (candidates with their own UAE visa will be preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

What's Important to Know:

- This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you'll be working remotely.

- This is a commission-based job, and your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and sales targets. There is no fixed salary for this role.
