The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Team in executing strategic marketing plans and initiatives aligned with Chinese Palace Group's (CPG) goals. This role provides hands-on support in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including content creation, social media management, campaign execution, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountability Areas & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth across CPG's brands.
Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and new shop openings.
Support both traditional and digital marketing activities to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
2. Social Media & Content Management
Contribute to the planning, creation, and scheduling of content for social media platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Support in monitoring engagement and performance of digital campaigns.
3. Vendor & Agency Coordination
Assist in sourcing and coordinating with agencies and external vendors based on project requirements.
Track deliverables and timelines to ensure quality and timely execution.
4. Marketing Budget & Reporting
Help track marketing expenditures and maintain budget records.
Assist in preparing periodic reports on campaign performance and spending efficiency.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Sales, and HR to support marketing efforts.
Gather input and feedback to improve campaign relevance and reach.
6. Consumer Engagement & CRM Support
Assist in maintaining customer databases and supporting loyalty or engagement campaigns.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer journey.
7. Market & Competitive Research
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Summarize insights to support strategic planning and innovation.
8. Media & KOL Relations
Support in managing relationships with media contacts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Assist in coordinating KOL partnerships and content development.
9. Event Planning & Execution
Assist in organizing and executing marketing and promotional events, including media and public-facing activities.
Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and stakeholders for successful event delivery.
10. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay informed about current marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Suggest new ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, internships included.
Strong interest in both traditional and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
