We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Tagalog Speaker) / Lead Auditor (with Graphic Design Skills)

data-driven multitasker
with a creative edge! This role blendslead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix),
andgraphic design
to support our marketing and sales teams.Key Responsibilities
Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion. Maintain and optimize records in
Bitrix CRM
Create reports usingExcel & Google Sheets
. Support marketing with basic design tasks usingPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
. Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking.Qualifications
Proficient in
Excel & Google Sheets
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup). Experience withBitrix CRM
or similar platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Design experience withPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
. Background inreal estate, marketing, or lead management
is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
