Marketing Assistant - Cosmetic Hospital (Sales-Oriented)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven

Marketing Assistant

to support the growth of our cosmetic hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping execute marketing campaigns, managing patient inquiries, supporting lead conversion, and coordinating with the sales and medical team to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, DMs, website leads). Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations. Track and update CRM with lead status and communication.

Sales Support:

Assist in converting leads to consultations through persuasive communication. Support the sales team in preparing offers, packages, and follow-up messages. Understand hospital services to confidently explain them to prospective clients.

Marketing Execution:

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns (online & offline). Help create and post content for social media with a focus on promotions and offers. Collect and report feedback from patients to improve messaging and campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

Maintain a warm and professional tone in all patient interactions. Monitor online reviews and support reputation management efforts. Help organize open days, events, and promotions to attract new clients.

Coordination:

Work closely with doctors, receptionists, and marketing team to ensure smooth patient journeys. Help gather before/after photos, testimonials, and content from satisfied clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (healthcare or beauty preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills (written & verbal). Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms. CRM or sales software experience is a plus. Fluent in e.g., Arabic & English].

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
