Duties :
Collaborate on vibrant e-commerce marketing initiatives, encompassing product launches and dynamic online promotions to captivate our target audience.
Take an active role in processing customer orders and overseeing logistics to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.
Assists with the administrative tasks.
Manages and maintains marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Works with graphic designers and content strategists to create engaging visuals and copy.
Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
Studies website and social media metrics and writes analytics reports.
Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.
Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.
Collaborates with other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
