Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting our real estate projects and enhancing brand visibility. This role plays a key part in driving effective marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting the sales team with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts, email newsletters). Update and manage website and social media platforms with property listings and news. Support marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email marketing). Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, photographers). Conduct market research and gather customer insights. Help organize promotional events (open houses, property launches). Assist in managing CRM systems and tracking leads. Provide administrative support (schedule meetings, maintain inventory, prepare reports).

Required Skills:

Strong communication and writing skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics). Familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
