Marketing Assistant My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company located in Dubai. We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE. Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will be in-house and working closely with our team. What do you get?

  • Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and execute all activities and tasks related to the Marketing, Branding, and PR of My Business Consulting DMCC. 2. Plan and execute various forms of marketing including social media marketing, internet marketing, content marketing, paid to advertise, and print/radio marketing, working alongside the Marketing team. 3. Assist with maintaining the website, social media, blog platforms, and database systems. 4. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. 5. Assist in distributing content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals. 6. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of marketing standards and processes. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and implement the changes in all marketing, branding, and PR initiatives. Social Media: 8. Plan and execute content on all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Youtube. 9. Prepare monthly and yearly content calendars in coordination with the Management and Marketing teams. 10. Gather and produce content for all social media channels. 11. Update all social media channels with UAE rules and regulations and updates regarding the services of My Business Consulting DMCC on a timely-basis. 12. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI. 13. Coordinate all activities related to the Social media channels of the MD. Content: 14. Create high-quality content with relevant topics related to My Business Consulting DMCC, UAE, global and relevant topics. 15. Write content for marketing materials, such as blogs, award applications, brochures, newsletters, and any other requirement from the company, coordinating with relevant team members. 16. Shoot, produce, and edit videos for My Business Consulting DMCC as required as per branding standards. 17. Coordinate with the HR department for Employer branding activities and execute them on a regular basis. Analytics and Reports: 18. Gather and review marketing data from various channels and prepare required reports on a regular basis. 19. Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database. 20. Look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action. 21. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising. 22. Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports. Research: 23. Perform market research on target audiences to determine the best ways to reach customers and develop lasting relationships. 24. Assist and conduct market research and promotional activities when required. 25. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences, which needs to be updated on regular basis. 26. Conduct research for award and recognition programs which the company and MD can apply for, and prepare applications/presentations coordinating with the Management and Marketing team. SEO: 27. Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation, and managing both on-page SEOand off-page SEO for My Business Consulting DMCC. 28. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. 29. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. 30. Ensure that any information and documentation recorded in the Project Management System PMS (company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM software) are correct and completely uploaded in the Shared Folder and PMS with proper coordination with Database Controller. 31. Proper coordination with the Finance department for any ongoing Tasks, Quotation/invoice requests, and ensuring that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Prioritize to maintain low cost for all actions and ensure fewer expenses in any way whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds coordinating with Finance Department. 32. Cooperation and maintaining business relationships with all third parties and government authorities. Promote a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers. 33. Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description. 34. Daily update of Tasks in PMS. Prepare regular reports of progress of Tasks in progress and send to the direct manager on regular basis. 35. Show initiation and actively take actions to promote MBC services to existing, new or potential clients. 36. Cooperating and supporting any team member of My Business Consulting DMCC (whenever it is required) to ensure the goals of the company and clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met. 37. Promote highly positive and efficient teamwork, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC. Requirements: - Previous working experience in Marketing in UAE Assistant for minimum 1 year - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English language. - Experience and skills with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Video shooting, Video editing skills and other tools to help with marketing and branding. - Hands-on experience with social media applications like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices. - Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization. - Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks. - Have a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods. - Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods - Computer-using skills - Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities. - Effective team player. - Equal employment opportunity to all applicants for employment and no discrimination on any basis prohibited by law, including race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status or veteran status.
