The Marketing and Social Media Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company\'s aviation training services. Also will manage the company\'s social media accounts, creating and sharing engaging content to increase brand awareness and attract potential students.
Accountabilities
Implement marketing strategies in line with the company\'s Vision and targets, to promote the company\'s products and services
Create and send marketing material to potential and existing customers and partners
Manage the company\'s social media accounts and create engaging content such as videos, infographics, and blog posts
Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message is delivered
Create branded material for showcase, manage the event calendar and when required, attend networking events and trade shows to represent the company and promote its services
Manage internal communications to keep the team informed of marketing efforts and updates
Manage external communications by engaging with relevant magazines, journals, etc. and creating content for global distribution
Manage and maintain the company\'s customer database in conjunction with the sales team
Education & Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Experience creating and executing social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Experience in website management, SEO, and email marketing
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
