Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and partnerships to increase customer traffic
Manage digital marketing: social media, influencers, online ads, and brand content
Build relationships with corporate clients, delivery platforms, and partners
Analyze Daily / weekly sales performance and create actionable improvement plans
Lead and train the marketing & sales team to ensure strong execution across all outlets
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the restaurant or F&B industry (mandatory)
Proven success in driving sales growth and brand awareness
Strong understanding of food delivery platforms and local market trends
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Creative thinker with strong analytical and planning abilities
