Responsibilities
MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage scheduling and meetings for the Regional Director of Marketing
Provide personal administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Marketing
Manage travel organization and expenses for the Regional Director of Marketing
Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
Process quotations, service agreements and booking orders, raise LPOs, deliveries and timely submission of invoices.
Manage hotel communications including elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens
Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
Manage and update content on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and mobile app
Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.
PR, CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
Should have excellent verbal and written English
Community management and reviews on OTAs (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia)
Monitor all engagement activity across hotel\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts \xe2\x80\x93 Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Review media and influencer requests, provide recommendations
Coordinate media stays, restaurant and spa reservations
Produce influencer hosting reports
Manage the press room and image library
Using company platforms, measure and report on social media and digital statistics
Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
