Marketing & Content Specialist
Job Details:
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (confirmed post-interview based on mutual fit)
Compensation: AED 2,000 - 2,500 per month

The Role:
We're looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who can own our digital presence and lead creative marketing campaigns. This role is for someone with a fun, outgoing personality--think content creator energy--who understands what makes people tick. You'll shoot, edit, and execute content that connects with our youth audience while supporting our mission to solve youth unemployment through events and engagement.
What You'll Do:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Manage day-to-day social media operations including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Lead creative campaign strategies across social media and support campaigns across other channels (email marketing, physical event marketing, outdoor advertising)
• Write engaging, psychologically-driven copy that resonates and drives action
• Create compelling short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platform
• Develop and execute content strategies focused on viral growth and meaningful engagement
• Stay ahead of trending formats, sounds, and platform algorithm changes
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, workshops, and university activations
• Support event marketing through creative ideas and on-ground execution
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Build and nurture our online community through authentic, fun engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with demonstrated growth results
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and growth strategies
• Portfolio showcasing content that has achieved high engagement or virality
• Creative understanding of marketing campaigns across different channels--not technical execution, but the strategic and creative thinking behind email marketing, physical events, billboards, and ads
• Excellent copywriting skills with understanding of psychology and what makes people engage, share, and convert
• Fun, outgoing personality with content creator energy--someone who's naturally creative and comfortable on camera
• Understanding of what makes content shareable, saveable, and comment-worthy
• Knowledge of trending formats, memes, and platform-specific behaviors
• Ability to work independently and move fast in a startup environment
• Passion for connecting with Gen Z and millennial audiences and solving youth unemployment
• Must hold own visa (employment, family, or residence visa)
