We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communication Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about marketing, communications, and social media. The successful candidate will support our marketing and communication efforts, helping to build our brand and connect with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies with a focus on digital and event marketing.
• Support the creation of promotional materials, including, blogs, marketing copy, and press releases.
• Help manage and update the company\'s website and social media platforms, including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement analytics.
• Coordinate and assist with the organization of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Assist with the production of internal communications and presentations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Having knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
