Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Brand Executive with a background in architecture or the built environment to drive growth and brand visibility for our firm. This role bridges creative strategy and client engagement, requiring someone who understands architectural services and can effectively communicate value to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in both business development and marketing strategy within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, and brings strong communication, relationship-building, and content development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture, real estate, and construction sectors. Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials tailored to target clients and projects. Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses in coordination with design and technical teams. Manage the firm's presence across digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, email newsletters, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and provide insights for strategic planning. Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates architectural value.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the architecture, real estate, or design industry. Strong understanding of architectural terminology, project cycles, and client needs. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and develop long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics). Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
