Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the marketing agency\'s strategic direction, including business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring that the agency meets their needs and exceeds expectations with high-quality service.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals, encouraging continual learning and adaptation to changing market trends.
- Drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and maintain agency competitiveness.
- Ensure the profitability of the agency by managing budgets and optimizing resource utilization.
- Evaluate and refine operational processes within the agency to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals, track progress, and implement improvements.
- Act as the face of the agency when presenting to stakeholders, attending events, and networking with industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building strong client and team relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools.
