Purpose of Role: Administrate the marketing and graphic design of the Sicuro Group. Design and produce graphic deliverables to maximise effect on the audience, from corporate branding to specific proposal content. Communicate complex concepts effectively in a visual medium. Supports marketing operations by collaborating on ideas, creating, compiling, formatting, and reporting relevant information and support materials for the Sicuro Group of companies.

Contact and Cooperation: Business unit leaders on a daily basis. Regular interaction with the Execs and senior managers.

Key Responsibilities: * Administrate the marketing collateral and graphic design of the Sicuro Group. Designs and produces all marketing materials, including printed documents, templates, paid media advertising, social media imagery, websites, videos, mailshots, sales and marketing collateral required by the business units.

• Assist with graphic and promotional design materials, contributing to ideas, using brand assets correctly and suggesting improvements to keep each brand modern and relevant.
• Coordinate and improve processes related to creative filing and management of marketing graphics, collateral, business cards, images, etc.
• Provides marketing tracking and research across best-in-class design and relevant industries by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends.
• Liaise with business unit leaders and subject matter experts for market knowledge to contextualise graphic designs.
• Assist in populating and updating marketing distribution lists including sales contacts and potential leads.
• Manage group social media accounts, posting regularly in consultation with the Executive Manager, business unit leaders and senior management.
• Handles marketing suppliers and printers ensuring an appropriate standard of quality is achieved.
• Maintains marketing library; images, product sheets, presentations, sales and marketing collateral.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Responsible to be aware, up-to-date and adhere to all related controls and policies for ISO 27001, 9001, 22301 and GDPR.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential

• Writing (excellent English spelling and grammar) and proof-reading
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Must have experience with graphic design software \xe2\x80\x93 Adobe Creative Suite for Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva or similar
• Website (WordPress) design experience
• Creative and innovative
• Savage attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• A demonstrated understanding of brand strategy
• Video editing experience
• Ability to understand the context of what each creative task is looking to achieve
• An understanding of the security industry
• An understanding of marketing software and website design/hosting applications
• Experience with photography and videography
• Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field

Experience Preferred

• Branding/design background in Start-ups or Technology
• Campaign and content creation
• Social media management
• Maintaining best practice filing systems \xe2\x80\x93 ideally using SharePoint
• Reporting on marketing performance metrics, website analytics and social media
