Coordinate marketing initiatives aligned with Dubai Healthcare City regulations and clinic branding guidelines.
Client & Campaign Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the clinic and external marketing suppliers, media buyers, and digital agencies.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns and activities.
Track campaign performance, patient lead generation, and conversion rates.

Digital & Social Media Oversight
Supervise the creation and posting of content for social media platforms and website updates.
Monitor online reputation, patient reviews, and community engagement.
Support lead management campaigns through digital ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for clinic management.
Analyze campaign results, ROI, and patient behavior trends to optimize future campaigns.
Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, patient retention, appointment bookings, and social media engagement.
Event & Partnership Coordination
Organize patient awareness days, workshops, and participation in local healthcare events.
Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, or wellness brands to promote clinic services.
Clinic Support & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with reception, call center, and operations staff to ensure marketing-generated leads are handled promptly.
Provide training and briefing sessions for clinic staff on promotions and campaign highlights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing or account management experience
in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical services (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and lead generation strategies.
Proficient in CRM systems, social media analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
