Role Overview
The
Social Media Marketer
is responsible for managing and elevating ALKEMY's digital presence across all platforms.
This role blends
strategy, creativity, and analytics
to position ALKEMY as the most desirable beauty destination in the region.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, storytelling, and online community engagement -- ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects the brand's elegance and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:
1? Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly social media plans aligned with ALKEMY's brand calendar, launches, and campaigns.
Define and maintain ALKEMY's tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
Coordinate with the Operation Manager on upcoming promotions, events, and collaborations.
2? Content Creation & Management
Create and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories) that reflect the salon's luxury aesthetic and service excellence.
Capture and edit in-salon content -- treatments, team moments, and guest experiences -- ensuring premium visual quality.
Photography, videography, and designers to develop high-impact creative assets.
Manage captions, hashtags, and posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
3? Community Management
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-aligned and professional manner.
Monitor client feedback and forward key insights to management for service improvement.
Build relationships with influencers, loyal guests, and partner brands.
4? Campaigns & Analytics
Plan and execute paid campaigns in coordination with the Operation Manager and media partners.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, impressions, reach, and conversion rates.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
5? Collaboration & Event Coverage
Support event coverage -- launches, VIP visits, celebrity collaborations -- with live content.
Coordinate influencer visits and ensure they receive brand-aligned experiences.
Liaise with PR and hotel marketing teams for cross-posting and destination promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
.
2-4 years
of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in
luxury beauty, hospitality, or fashion
.
Proven ability to create visually engaging content (photo, video, and short-form storytelling).
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Later, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
