Internship Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical

Business Team Intern

to join our team and help improve driver behavior in Trucks. This role offers hands-on experience in business strategy, data analysis, and project management while contributing to initiatives that promote safer and more efficient driving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze driver performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Interacting with various stakeholders in and off the field. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, analytics, and product, to implement driver engagement programs. Research industry best practices and competitor approaches to driver behavior improvement. Supported the creation of reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and incentive programs for drivers. Gather feedback from drivers and field teams to refine strategies. Suggest ways forward and drive them into execution

Qualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. A plus is proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
