Market researcher Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.

Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to assess market positioning.

Collect, interpret, and report data on customer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

Monitor industry developments and market dynamics to support business planning.

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into strategic decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Collaborate with external research agencies and partners for joint marketing efforts.

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed performance and improvement reports.

Ensure consistent and data-driven brand messaging across all marketing platforms.

Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, recognition, and market share.

Present research findings and actionable recommendations to management.

Develop dashboards and regular performance summaries for strategic review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).

2-5 years of experience in market research, analytics, or related fields in Qatar.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.

Preferable Arabic speaker and with valid QID.
