Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Marketing Strategy
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, defining brand growth direction, key product strategies, and budget allocation.
Oversee brand image and visual standards for offline stores (display, materials, VI, user touchpoints).
Ensure local brand expression aligns with HQ guidelines and market positioning in the UAE.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Operations
Manage official Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels with consistent, high-quality content output.
Plan and produce monthly content (short videos, scripts, shooting, editing, graphics).
Independently manage online advertising (Meta Ads), optimizing reach, engagement, and conversion.
Build and maintain a KOL/KOC collaboration network to enhance brand visibility and trust.
3. Campaigns & Mall Coordination
Liaise with shopping malls to secure marketing resources, event spaces, and partnership benefits.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store activation events.
Manage end-to-end event workflow and conduct performance reviews to drive traffic, sales, and brand impact.
4. Store Expansion Support
Participate in site research: competitor analysis, footfall study, mall positioning, and partnership terms.
Provide market feasibility assessments to support store-opening decisions.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
Build and manage data tracking systems (views, engagement, conversion, ROI, footfall).
Deliver monthly marketing reports with insights, challenges, and action plans.
Continuously optimize content and media strategies based on data.
6. Cross-department Collaboration
Work closely with merchandising, operations, sales, and retail teams to align market actions with business goals.
Support key product promotions to increase visibility and conversion.
Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Mother & Baby related fields are a plus.
2. Experience
2+ years in marketing or brand management; experience in retail, mother & baby, or FMCG industry preferred.
Hands-on experience in social media operations and campaign/event execution is highly preferred.
Experience working with shopping malls and managing offline brand activations is a plus.
3. Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and audience growth.
Excellent content planning; competent in writing video scripts and producing content.
Able to independently run Meta Ads and analyze performance.
Strong aesthetic sense; experience coordinating with agencies and managing materials.
Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
4. Personality

Detail-oriented with a strong interest in the mother & baby industry and consumer insights.
