Market Director (External CEO Role)

to represent our vision on the international stage.

Key Responsibilities

Represent

TrendX

at global Web3 / blockchain / crypto conferences and summits as a

guest speaker

, showcasing the company's vision, values, and products. Lead

brand presence initiatives

: international visits, promotional film production, case study showcases, ensuring consistent visual and narrative style. Develop

end-to-end marketing campaigns

: goal-setting, market research, strategy design, channel selection, activity planning, budget allocation, and performance evaluation. Drive

user acquisition and retention

through both

online and offline promotions

. Write

compelling ad copy / campaign texts

that differentiate TrendX and resonate with target audiences. Manage and scale the

community team

, fostering user engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. Operate

Twitter and other social media platforms

, ensuring a steady stream of valuable, high-quality, and engaging content. Monitor & analyze

performance data

(user growth, conversion rates, ROI, engagement) to refine strategies.

Requirements

Strong expertise in

Web3 / blockchain / crypto

(blockchain, smart contracts, tokenomics, DeFi, DEX, trading, etc.). Proven experience with

Web3 marketing methods

: token incentives, NFT campaigns, community-driven growth, token-gated access, transparency / trust mechanisms. Knowledge of

Web3 challenges

: user education, compliance, security, anti-fraud, regulatory risk. Track record of

successful marketing campaigns

or case studies in Web3. Prior experience in

traditional finance

is a strong plus. Excellent

public speaking, presentation, and storytelling skills

. Based in UAE or willing to relocate.
