Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower, facility management, and hospitality services.

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.

Develop market entry strategies for new sectors, clients, or service offerings.

Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, hotels, facilities, and project managers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings.

Understand client manpower and service needs and coordinate with operations for tailored solutions.

. Support client onboarding, contract initiation, and service handover.

Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams for costing, staffing plans, and compliance documentation.

Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.

Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.

Support marketing initiatives such as company profiles, service brochures, and digital promotions.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Strengthen company visibility in targeted sectors and geographic areas.

Prepare regular reports on market activity, leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.

Maintain accurate CRM or client tracking records.

Coordinate closely with operations, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure service delivery alignment.
