Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with focus on KSA Market)

Industry: Manpower Supply, Construction, Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment Rentals

Experience Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in KSA market

Strong network in construction and oil & gas sectors

Experience in manpower outsourcing and equipment rental solutions

Job Purpose:

To lead the expansion of business operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while based in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will identify and secure new clients in the manpower, construction, oil & gas, and heavy equipment rental markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy to target the KSA market, aligned with company goals.

Generate leads and establish partnerships with clients in construction, oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Promote manpower supply, technical staffing, and equipment rental services to EPC contractors, project developers, and industrial operators.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.

Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the KSA region to inform strategy.

Maintain and update CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development in the GCC, preferably KSA

Excellent understanding of manpower outsourcing, construction projects, and equipment logistics

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred:

Existing client network in Aramco, NEOM, or other KSA mega projects

Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance in KSA

Experience with vendor registration processes with major oil & gas and construction firms
