Maritime Solutions Lead

Interacting with different stakeholders (Internal and external) for the collecting the business requirements for new projects and enhancing existing applications. Analysing the requirements and proposing the functional solution that can meet the stakeholder requirements meeting AD Ports Group strategy and Quality guidelines. Preparing the relevant documentation for the project in the agreed PMO standards and getting sign off from all the stakeholders. Delivery of Automated Industry standard applications to internal Safeen Group units in relation to business requirement and the agreed delivery plans. Provide support through the full cycle of software development from requirements gathering, solution designing, overseeing the development or implementation to delivering the system and conducting the end-user training for mission critical projects related to Maritime cluster To manage the implementation, support and maintenance for different system supporting the Safeen Feeders Business namely the Container feedering services, Dry Bulk service, Tanker operation. For the projects which are outsourced to suppliers, should be able to liaise with the suppliers and track the project regularly to make sure that the project is delivered with the agreed scope with quality and agreed timelines. Should be able to provide the technical proposal for implementing IT solutions to new JV/acquisitions which Safeen may venture in future. Ensure that all live applications are maintained as per the best practiced support procedures Focus on the maintenance, data integrity and administration to all end users on the all applications(s) under his/her portfolio. To make recommendations to improve efficiency of using application. Work closely with our clients, Consultants and other Safeen Units and demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that Automated Systems and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction. Ensuring the application customer service quality and that customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are met or exceeded based on the overall IT Application\xe2\x80\x99s strategy. To Support Maritime cluster as a functional consultant to deliver large scale, mission critical, projects. To work closely with clients, technical and business teams to provide information and solutions to potential and existing issues. Should have good knowledge for the Container Feeder and Dry Bulk business operations and should be able to improve the process and automate the different processes. Should have to support the applications technically by taking the relevant knowledge transfer from different technical teams.
