Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marine Supplies Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Marine Supplies and Hydraulic Hoses/Fittings/Pipes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE market with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role demands strong product knowledge, the ability to handle the entire sales cycle, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Proactively seek new business opportunities, onboard new clients, and consistently follow up on sales leads, and drive business growth.

Sales Cycle Management:

Handle the entire sales process from lead generation, RFQ (Request for Quotation), and negotiations to order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders within the marine and hydraulic industries.

Market Knowledge:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of the marine equipment and hydraulic hose/pipe/fittings industries to provide informed solutions to clients.

Product Sourcing:

Quickly source products for client inquiries from suppliers and, ensuring timely deliveries.

Negotiation:

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure profitable deals and enhance customer satisfaction.

ERP Software Proficiency:

Handle sales, purchases, and invoicing using ERP software, with basic knowledge of accounting practices

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the overall success and development of the sales department.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE market, specifically in marine supplies, hydraulic hoses, fittings, and pipes.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the marine equipment and hydraulic hose/pipe/fitting industry and market trends in the UAE.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to close sales, negotiate effectively, and develop long-term client relationships.

ERP Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of accounting and experience handling purchases, sales, and invoices through ERP software like Odoo.

Negotiation:

Ability to negotiate effectively and find win-win solutions that meet both client and company needs.

Teamwork:

Must be a collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.

Confidence:

Strong self-motivation, confidence, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
