Supervises daily marina operations to ensure safe, efficient berthing and high-quality service. Oversees staff, manages vessel movements, maintains facilities, ensures safety compliance, and handles customer onboarding and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily marina activities, berthing, and vessel movements
Assist in signing berthing rental contracts with customers and ensure required documents are submitted
Follow up on payments, renewals, and account status with Finance
Ensure safety standards, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance
Lead and schedule marine operations staff
Handle customer requests, arrivals/departures, and berth allocation
Inspect facilities and coordinate maintenance with contractors
Maintain operational logs, reports, and inventory
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in marina/port/marine operations
Knowledge of marine safety procedures and berth management
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors and on shift schedules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
