j)\xe2\x80\x8e Monitor offshore weather conditions and report observation to Project\'s operations \xe2\x80\x8eteam, especially during marginal and abnormal weather condition.\xe2\x80\x8ek)\xe2\x80\x8e Conduct Quarterly Safety Meetings with offshore vessels and monitor the \xe2\x80\x8eperformance of vessels masters and senior staff and direct them to conduct \xe2\x80\x8esafe operation with best practices infield operations.\xe2\x80\x8e
I) Assist projects K project team in preparing marine procedures and regulations related to \xe2\x80\x8ethe project.\xe2\x80\x8em)\xe2\x80\x8e Warn marine traffic of diving operations, obstructions, constructions, sub-sea and \xe2\x80\x8eother maintenance works in progress within the project area and assist vessels in \xe2\x80\x8edistress or in danger.\xe2\x80\x8e
n) Follow-up security passes validity of all vessels and crew members on board \xe2\x80\x8eProject\'s vessels as per
Critical National Infrastructure \xe2\x80\x8eAuthority instruction.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e0) \xe2\x80\x8e Supports traffic by coordinating inter field transport of Project\'s \xe2\x80\x8epersonnel and equipment. p)\xe2\x80\x8e Train UAE National Developees and client \xe2\x80\x8enewly hire offshore marine personnel.\xe2\x80\x8e
q) Participate in offshore safety drills and \xe2\x80\x8eexercises of the Project.\xe2\x80\x8er)\xe2\x80\x8e Maintain clean marine environment by responding to combat oil spills / gas leaks, \xe2\x80\x8efloating debris, floating dead fish, drifting buoys, etc.\xe2\x80\x8es)\xe2\x80\x8e Incumbent should be available for cross posting to another marine position onshore \xe2\x80\x8eor offshore if and when required.\xe2\x80\x8et) Perform marine duties in other locations if and when required \xe2\x80\x8eby the Team Leader.\xe2\x80\x8e
