Job Description
We're looking for a
Marine Engineering Supervisor
to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and engineering excellence.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of marine engineering personnel. Ensure all machinery and systems onboard vessels operate safely and efficiently. Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers and vendors. Enforce compliance with international maritime regulations and safety protocols.
Provide hands-on support during dry dockings, sea trials, and equipment upgrades.
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Marine Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of marine engineering experience, Strong knowledge of shipboard systems: propulsion, HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Familiarity with, ISM Code, and Class requirements. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
