We are looking for an experienced Marine Base Manager to oversee and manage our daily port and vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the team handling daily ship and vessel movements.
Develop, review, and implement marine operations procedures in compliance with the Port Marine Safety Code and relevant regulations.
Manage marine staff, including duty allocation, training, leave scheduling, and workforce planning.
Support operations during routine and out-of-port activities.
Assist in coordinating and managing port incidents and emergency situations.
Perform on-call duties, including responsibilities related to DPA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
