Identify and develop new business opportunities in the granite and marble market segment.
Manage relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase available granite products and finishes.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback for strategic positioning.
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
granite, marble, or building materials sales
(minimum 5 to 15 years preferred).
Strong network of contacts within the construction and interior design industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE driving license
