to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, installing, and finishing marble and other natural stones in residential, commercial, and high-end projects. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, shape, and polish marble and natural stones using hand tools or machinery.
Install marble slabs on walls, floors, stairs, countertops, and facades.
Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings for precise layout and alignment.
Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants as needed.
Perform grinding, sanding, honing, and polishing to achieve the desired finish.
Repair, replace, and maintain existing marble surfaces.
Operate cutting and polishing machines with proper safety precautions.
Ensure work is completed to high standards, matching design specifications.
Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and interior designers to ensure accurate execution.
Follow all safety protocols and company regulations on the job site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marble Mason (3+ years preferred).
Skilled in cutting, installing, and polishing marble and natural stone.
Familiarity with tools such as wet saws, grinders, polishers, and hand tools.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of various marble finishing techniques (honed, polished, flamed, etc.).
Good physical condition; able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
Attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
Willingness to work in indoor/outdoor environments and in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in UAE or GCC projects.
Basic knowledge of Arabic or English.
UAE driving license (optional but preferred).
Understanding of HSE practices on construction sites.
