Develop detailed 2D and/or 3D shop drawings for marble, granite and other natural?stone works, using software such as AutoCAD
Interpret architectural, structural and interior design drawings and convert them into stone layout, fabrication and installation drawings
Prepare cutting lists, layout plans and templates for fabrication of marble slabs, countertops, wall/floor cladding, risers, steps, etc., optimizing material usage and minimizing waste
Conduct or coordinate site teams for measurements to verify actual dimensions, check for discrepancies, and update drawings accordingly
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, fabricators, installation teams and clients to ensure design accuracy and fulfil project specifications
Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry standards and project technical specifications (e.g., correct thicknesses, joint details, pattern matching, fixings)
Update and revise drawings based on site changes, client feedback or design modifications; maintain clear revision records and document control
Maintain an organized library of drawings, templates, and production records for reference and future use
