Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate marble and ceramic cutting, shaping, polishing, and installation.
Ensure proper finishing and alignment of marble and ceramic surfaces.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications for installation work.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and laborers on-site.
Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor material usage and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marble and ceramic works.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marble and ceramic installation, cutting, and finishing.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Manual UAE driving license is mandatory.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
