Centre lathe Machining a variety of components within required standards. Performing roughing and finishing operations in addition capable of basic Milling and drilling operations
Experience of working with technical engineering drawings in a precision machine shop
Experience of working to fine tolerances and with a wide range of engineering materials including carbon and stainless steels, aluminum duplex , inconel etc
Experience of working in a manufacturing machine shop environment, setting & operation of appropriate equipment within a turning department.

Able to read micrometers inches + metric as well as working to tight tolerances
Setting and operating machines tools efficiently
Checking the quality of all parts manufactured to ensure they are within tolerance.
Able to use and set up 4jaws and faceplates and 3 Jaw chucks
reading measuring equipment Micrometers , height gauges bore gauges etc
can machine threading and screw cutting
Mountingnd dismounting workpieces in/out of lathe
Checking finished pieces to ensure compliance with technical drawings
Polishing and superfinishing of finished ground components \xe2\x80\x93 achieving specific drawing surface finishes
Machine shaft work using steadies
Machine and setting up of eccentric components
4 jaw and 3 jaw work and face plate setting

ACCOUNTABILITIES

to assist in General workshop duties as and when required.
To achieve on time delivery by ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard
Ensure productions are met or exceeded.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
