Job Title: Manpower Lead - Construction Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manpower Lead to manage and optimize workforce planning, deployment, and productivity across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manpower forecasting, labor cost control, mobilization planning, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely and efficient workforce utilization.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and manage project manpower plans in line with project schedules and budgets
-Forecast manpower requirements and ensure optimal allocation across projects
-Monitor labor productivity, utilization rates, and workforce efficiency
-Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning, HR, and Procurement teams for manpower mobilization and demobilization
-Control labor costs and ensure compliance with approved manpower budgets
-Prepare and analyze manpower reports, headcount summaries, and productivity dashboards
-Manage subcontractor manpower and ensure contractual compliance
-Ensure adherence to local labor laws, site regulations, and HSE standards
-Support tendering teams with manpower estimates and resource loading
-Identify workforce gaps and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
-10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven experience as a -Manpower Lead or similar role
-Strong understanding of construction workforce planning and labor productivity
-Experience working on large-scale projects (buildings, infrastructure, or EPC projects)
-Proficient in manpower planning tools, Excel, and project management software (Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage)
-Excellent analytical, coordination, and leadership
Preferred Skills
-Experience in GCC / Middle East construction projects (if applicable)
-Knowledge of labor regulations and mobilization processes
-Ability to manage large multicultural workforces
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
