Manpower Hiring Officer Manpower Supply
Job Description
Identify manpower requirements based on project/client needs in coordination with HR & Operations.
Source skilled and unskilled manpower locally and internationally through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.
Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with manpower suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Manage relationships with manpower agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.
Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to project sites.
Review supplier proposals and ensure manpower quality as per client standards.
Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and manpower supply contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
