Role & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers Understand their needs and wants Advise the right services and retail Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure) Optimize the customer's visit by upselling and cross-selling Operate POS and handle the payment Keep the spa premises neat & tidy

Skills & Qualities

Good interpersonal skills Passionate about well-being Good sales/service techniques Good listening Team spirit

Education & Experience

Graduate / Diploma with a Massage Therapist /Manicure/ Beautician / Nail technician experience in Salon or Spa is preferred.
